The calculator implements shares = floor(account × risk_pct / |entry − stop|) with linear-extrapolation P&L scenarios. Verified by inspection. The methodology is the standard fixed-fractional approach taught in CFA and FRM curriculum.

2. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, tefinance.xyz disclaims all such warranties.

3. Trading involves risk of loss

Trading individual stocks involves substantial risk of loss, including total loss of invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. A position-size calculator does not guarantee profitable outcomes — it caps the per-trade dollar risk only. Strategies with poor expectancy will lose money even with perfect position sizing; strategies with positive expectancy can have extended drawdowns. Use only capital you can afford to lose, and do not trade with borrowed funds without a clear understanding of margin call dynamics.

4. Not regulated investment advice

The reviewer holds CFA and FRM credentials. The site is editorial in nature and does not constitute regulated investment advice on a specific equity, sector, or strategy. Commissions, platform fees, and exchange access fees
FX conversion costs for non-base-currency positions
Margin financing and overnight rollover costs
Dividend distributions across ex-date and corporate actions
Slippage on stop-loss execution (often material in low-cap and Asian after-hours)
Tax (capital gains, wash sales, short-vs-long-term distinction)

In no event will tefinance.xyz, its editors, contributors, hosting providers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, savings, opportunity, or capital, arising out of use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
